I sequestered myself in the bedroom last night for two hours of (mostly) uninterrupted knitting and emerged, victorious, with this:

hello, nice to meet you!
hello, nice to meet you!

I can't believe I finally finished it. Click here for the odyssey. What a fun sweater to knit. I think I will have to stay on the lookout for some top-down raglan patterns to knit for myself. If anyone knows of any good ones - cardigans or pullovers - send the info my way!

Happy FO! It's very cute. I might have some babies coming my way soon (Ben's cousins), so maybe I'll be getting into baby projects, too. Yay, tiny things!

Glampyre has a top down raglan, and there are great pics of ones people knit in her gallery.

I second the glampyre recomendation - cool site - great sweaters! Your baby sweater is adorable - I love the yoke pattern.

I love the retro look of it! If only it came in an adult size -- I would be interested.

Have you seen the new book SWEATER PATTERNS by Ann Budd (I think the title is a little different) ... sweater patterns for any size, any gauge, including drop-shoulder, shaped shoulder, bottom-up raglans, and bottom-up yoke sweaters. I'm sure I'll use this so much! You should take a look.
